Dr Jan Slabbert
MB ChB FRACGP
Dr Jan Slabbert from Hamilton Medical Group provides consultations via videolink (Skype) with patients from Balmoral every fortnight.
Prior to the consultation, patients are required to meet with a BBNC nurse for observations to be taken and forwarded to Dr Slabbert to support the consultation process. Patients may also choose to have a nurse present during their consultation if required.
Dr Slabbert welcomes patients with a range of health concerns.
BILLING:
Dr Slabbert’s patients are invoiced through Hamilton Medical Group.
A standard consultation is 10 minutes.

Royal Flying Doctor Service
Dr Lisa Bendtsen from the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) visits BBNC on a regular basis. This service is part of the Rural Women’s GP Service (RWGPS), which aims to provide greater choice for patients who would prefer to see a female GP or access a consistent visiting GP.
BILLING:
This service is 100% bulk billed, with no out-of-pocket expenses for patients.
